Momentum Realty Expands to Georgia

Momentum Realty announced today that it has expanded its brokerage operations to the State of Georgia, at the request of its top-producing agents.

Momentum, which launched as a 4-person Jacksonville brokerage in January 2020, is growing at an explosive pace. Since the beginning of 2022, its number of agents has grown 42%, from 132 to 188, and its sales volume has increased by 25%.

“Momentum is now in 16 markets across Florida, and our agents who are located on the border of Florida and Georgia asked me to get a Georgia broker’s license to facilitate their growth,” says Brittany Brooks, Momentum’s Broker/Owner.

“Momentum is committed to providing the resources and opportunities that our agents need. And, being a relatively smaller organization, we can move quickly to fulfill our agents’ requests. So, I’m happy to say that, as of June 27th, 2022, we are a licensed Georgia brokerage.”  

The announcement comes as Momentum Realty just closed its strongest month to-date. In May 2022, Momentum’s agents served approximately 170 families for $66M+ in real estate sales volume.
